Funded by the GLA and Haringey Council as part of the Creative Enterprise Zone programme, the Made by Tottenham website is a local creative business directory. It features profiles of creative people and businesses across Media, Film & Photography, Visual Arts, Architecture & Design, Craft & Making, Fashion, Music, Performing Arts and more.
The aim of the directory is to increase opportunities and raise the profile of featured creatives, enabling them to make connections, inspire new creative careers and facilitate direct employment, paid opportunities and commissions.
I provided support with marketing and business engagement for online creative business directory, Made By Tottenham.
Tasks include:
– marketing support
– business outreach and networking
– producing a monthly newsletter including creative news and funding opportunities
– managing Instagram and Facebook accounts
– producing a monthly feature for the local newspaper Haringey Community Press
– managing and uploading website content
– writing regular news and blog posts
– input into new development ideas for the directory
